Star Oak Properties established its own maintenance company years ago so we could control the quality and timeliness of the work that is performed. Some owners choose to do their own work but most choose to have us perform the maintenance on their properties for the following reasons:

We will obtain bids from outside contractors for those jobs that are outside our area of expertise.
